Cancellation & Refund Policy

All refunds due will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds to credit/debit cards can be only refunded to the original card.

CARD REFUSED

Cards are not refused by Nicky Phuket Taxi but by your bank or card issuer. There could be many reasons this may happen and we suggest you contact your card issuer in the first instance if you incur a problem with your payment being declined.


OVERPAID

NO SHOW

For pre-paid bookings, No refunds will be issued for ‘No Show’ of passengers.


CANCELLATIONS

For pre-paid bookings

* Any cancellations 7 days before the pickup time will affect NO cancellation charges.

* Any cancellations between 12 hrs - 7 days prior to pick up will affect cancellation charges equivalent to 25% of the advance amount paid.

* Any cancellations in less than 12 hours prior to pick up will affect cancellation charges equivalent to 50% of the advance amount paid.

* On the spot cancellation before start of the Journey (or No intimation for cancellation, also called No Show) will affect cancellation equivalent to 100% of the advance amount paid.
